Our client is the largest medical facility in the West County area, and offers a full range of acute care services.

Position Summary:

Maintains executive oversight of assigned hospital departments, including Human Resources, Employee Health, Education & Internal Communication, Volunteers, Chaplaincy, Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition Services.

Manages according to established plans, standard operating procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.

Assists the Chief Executive Office in developing, implementing, and monitoring of operating plans, goals, and objectives

Education / Training / Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Management or a related field.

Seven to ten years previous progressive experience in hospital personnel administration.

Three to five years previous experience in negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.

Previous experience as a Vice President of Human Resources of a Hospital.

MBA or MHA Desired
